Meet Gunny
I started this blog mostly to track and share all the places Gunny and I explore together, kind of like a travel journal, but with more fur and better views. Check out one of our posts here! I’m making it public so anyone can enjoy the photos (and maybe live vicariously through Gunny’s muddy paws and majestic trail poses).
We’re accepting donations to help fund our hiking adventures—because as it turns out, trails don’t pay for themselves, and neither does beef jerky. Any leftover funds (after trail mix and tick prevention) will go to local animal shelters. Will be partnering with local shelters to “take a dog out for a hike” adventures. Long-term goal? I’d love to pool the donations and open a sanctuary for senior dogs. Think peaceful retirement home, but with belly rubs and unlimited treats.
